A Conversation From Practice

So you want to coach? Get used to having these kinds of conversations. This was from practice last night with my 9U baseball team.

Kid: “So what’s your kids name?”
Me: *not understanding where this came from* “My kid? I don’t have one.”
“Well are you married?”
“No.”
“And you’re how old?!”
“27.”
*almost shocked* “Wooooooow.”
